When can I place an online order?

You can place an online order any day, anytime through our website -

When will my order be fulfilled?

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Wednesday (holidays excluded).

When will my order be shipped?

After fulfillment, all orders are shipped via FedEx and should arrive in one or two business days depending on destination.

How is my order packaged?

We carefully cold pack your order for proper delivery. Your order containing perishable items will be hand-packed in an insulated cooler with frozen ice bricks. We do not use dry ice. The cooler is then placed in a shipping carton. Our meat is shipped fresh in vacuum-sealed packages. Mini hot dog rolls are shipped frozen from origin to maintain optimum freshness.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Please email us at and we will attempt to make all requested changes. Note: we may be unable to accommodate certain changes once shipping procedures have been set in motion.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order is fulfilled and shipping is arranged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email will have a tracking number and a link to FedEx so you may track your order.

What do I do if something is wrong with my order upon arrival?
